FRUSTURATION!!

Why is that when you start looking into buying a townhouse interest rates go up! Come on three months of being as low as ever they go up three times in one day. So lame!! I guess that's my bad luck rearing it's ugly head.

    Hey man, you can start complaining after you've been married for almost six years and never lived in anything but parents basements and apartments!

    Don't worry... interest rates change three or four times daily... they might come back down! Good luck!
